Meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan with the Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation

On 9 February 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with the Assistant Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) for Humanitarian, Cultural and Social Affairs, Special Envoy for Afghanistan Ambassador Tariq Ali Bakheet.

 

 

 

 

At the meeting, the parties discussed current issues of cooperation between Tajikistan and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, as well as prospects for joint actions.

 

 

 

The parties also exchanged views on current international and regional issues, including the humanitarian situation in Afghanistan.
