Aynı zamanda toplumsal huzurun ve güvenin artmasında da önemli bir rol üstlenirler.

Hukukun evrensel ilkelerine bağlı kalarak ve yüksek sorumluluk bilinciyle icra edilen avukatlık mesleği, adalet sisteminin en güvenilir teminatlarından biridir. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin hukuk devleti anlayışı içinde yargı ile savunma makamı birbirini tamamlayan ayrılmaz bir bütündür.

The legal profession, practiced with adherence to universal principles of law and a high sense of responsibility, is one of the most reliable guarantees of the justice system. Within the framework of the rule of law in the Republic of Turkey, the judiciary and the defense are an inseparable whole that complements each other.

As a nation, we are filled with joy at celebrating another Ramadan, a time when beauty and goodness abound, when those who are estranged reconcile, and when feelings of brotherhood, friendship, mutual assistance, and solidarity reach their peak.

Spiritual and national holidays are the most beautiful opportunities when the values ​​that make us human are intensely experienced, beautiful feelings and thoughts reach their highest level, grudges are forgotten, love and respect are amplified, and everyone looks at each other with tolerance. Şüphesiz bu mübarek gece, gönül dünyamızın aydınlanması, manevi huzurumuzun artması için büyük bir fırsat sunmaktadır. “İslam dünyasının büyük bir özlemle beklediği rahmet, bereket, mağfiret iklimi olan 11 ayın sultanı Ramazanı Şerif’e hep birlikte kavuşmanın heyecanı ve mutluluğunu yaşamaktayız.

Bu ay; kutsal kitabımız Kur’an-ı Kerim’in nazil olmaya başladığı ve oruç ibadetimizi eda ettiğimiz mukaddes bir aydır.

Bu kutsal ayda, yoksul ve yoksun kardeşlerimizin yaralarını sarmak, zengin-fakir, genç-yaşlı demeden aynı sofraya oturmak, aynı saflarda durmak birliğimizi ve beraberliğimizi daha anlamlı hale getirecek, daha da güçlendirecektir.

Ayrıca Aziz Şehitlerimizin emaneti kıymetli Şehit Ailelerimizi ve Kahraman Gazilerimizi, anne, baba ve tüm büyüklerimizi ihmal etmemeye bu kıymetli günlerde daha çok dikkat etmeliyiz.

We are observing the blessed Night of Berat, a night of mercy and forgiveness, together in peace and joy that fills our hearts.

Berat (the Night of Forgiveness) enables Muslims to attain divine grace and blessings, to live with a sense of servitude to God, to be purified from sins, to be forgiving as well as to be forgiven, and to develop a consciousness of pardoning alongside being pardoned.

The Night of Berat prepares us for the month of Ramadan, whose shadow falls upon us, by constantly reflecting on our servitude to God, drawing us closer to Him, strengthening our resolve to obey His commands and prohibitions, and illuminating our darkened hearts.

To benefit from the blessings and grace of this night, and to attain divine mercy and forgiveness, we should consider this night of pardon and salvation as an opportunity.

On the occasion of the Night of Berat, I pray to Almighty God that we may enter the month of Ramadan with hearts cleansed of all mistakes and sins, having received His forgiveness. Berat, ilahi lütuf ve bereketlere erişebilmeyi, Müslümanlara kulluk bilinci idraki içinde yaşamayı, günahlardan arınmayı, affedilmenin yanında affedici olmayı, bağışlanmanın yanında bağışlama şuurunu da kazandırmaktadır.

Berat gecesi, her daim kulluk bilincimizi muhasebe ederek, bizleri Yüce Allah’a yakınlaştıran, O’nun emir ve yasaklarına uyma konusunda irademizi güçlendiren, kararan kalplerimizi nurlandırmak suretiyle, gölgesi üzerimize düşen Ramazan ayına bizleri hazırlamaktadır.

Bu gecenin feyz ve bereketinden istifade edebilmek, ilahi rahmet ve mağfirete nail olabilmek için, bu bağışlanma ve kurtuluşa erme gecesini bir fırsat olarak değerlendirmeliyiz.
